By accessing helloRive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may adjust service content, features, or pricing due to product iteration, compliance, or security needs, and will provide notice via on-site announcements or email when necessary.

Purchased Rive assets (.riv, .rev) are licensed for use in your personal and commercial projects. However, re-selling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the original source files as a standalone product is strictly prohibited. You may not use these assets to build a competing marketplace. Except for the license granted to users, the intellectual property of the platform content and materials belongs to helloRive or the rights holders. Unauthorized resale, distribution, or commercial transfer may result in account suspension and legal action.

Credits are virtual balances used to unlock resources and have no cash value. They are non-exchangeable for fiat currency. To protect your rights, we offer a conditional refund policy: 1. Credit recharges can apply for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that package have been spent, processed after review. 2. Direct purchases or credit unlocks can apply for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the resources have never been downloaded, processed after review. Please note: Once a refund is processed (or credits are returned), you will immediately lose all download and access rights to the relevant cases, and the corresponding credit balance will be deducted from your account. Once a download has occurred or the 7-day period has passed, the digital service is considered fully delivered and non-refundable. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and the actual posting time depends on the payment processor.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Sharing accounts or using automated tools to scrape or mass-download resources is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund. We may suspend or terminate your account upon detecting abnormal logins, fraud, or policy violations, and reserve the right to interpret and handle such cases.

Assets are provided 'as is'. helloRive shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the downloaded resources. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over the operator's place of business. helloRive is operated by an individual business operator in mainland China.
